Pre-course materials

Final papers are usually sent out a week before the course.

Cancellations

Cancellations of confirmed bookings will be charged 50% of the course fee.

Payment terms

Invoices will be issued on confirmation of a reserved place. Payment is required on receipt of invoice or at least within 30 days of the invoice date.

Payment via BACS is preferred. We accept BACS transfers to The Cooperative Bank: sort code 08-93-03, account no. 70845402.

Cheques are equally welcome; please make cheques payable to “The Archive-Skills Consultancy”.

We regret that we are unable to accept credit or debit card payments at this time.

Venue and catering

At the Archive-Skills Consultancy we aim to deliver training that is both of a high standard and affordable for all those working in the archives and records management workforce and their employers. For this reason we do not use expensive hotel conference facilities however the majority of past attendees have appreciated the friendly and unthreatening learning environment of our training venues. We also make every effort to accommodate special dietary needs and any negative comments about catering are always taken seriously and dealt with.

Evaluation

We use a very simple evaluation form to allow participants to feed back their opinion and comment on all aspects of the training courses. Although most evaluations are anonymous, we retain the forms for a period of one month after the course in case of any query.
